ウォーターミル ゴルフ & ガーデンズ

Watermill Golf & Gardens Khao Yai Korat

A flat parkland course. 17 of the 18 holes involve ponds. 3 to 6 holes are laid out on 4 islands surrounded by water. There are many straight holes, but the water hazards and ponds are cleverly placed, making it a very strategic course. There are two loops, and the OUT course goes clockwise and the IN course goes counterclockwise, with ponds on the left side of the OUT course and the right side of the IN course. How to overcome the ponds is key, making this a fun course to play.

Course Introduction

A beautiful short course. The left side of the green faces a pond and is surrounded by four bunkers. There are subtle undulations on the green.

A slightly short long left dogleg. Long hitters can get on in two. The entire left side from the tee to the green is a pond. The green is a gently sloping three-tiered green protected by four bunkers.

It's pretty straight, and the green swings left at the end. The tee shot is guarded by a tight fairway, a pond on the left and trees on the right, so you have the option to use a driver or chip in. There are three bunkers around the long green, and the left half of the green is surrounded by a pond.

It's a very long double dogleg that curves slightly to the right and then to the left. The tee shot is flanked by trees on both sides and a pond on the left, and the fairway is narrow. If you don't get the distance on your tee shot, your second shot will be in front of the pond, making it difficult to get on par. The normal second shot will be over the pond. The green is backed by a green, so it's a difficult hole that you'll be happy to get par on.

It's a dogleg to the left with a pond on the left. The pond is right on the left side of the green and the guard bunker in front is deep.

A dogleg to the right. The right side of the green is a pond on the tee shot and second shot. The green is further to the right, and the third shot from the left side is over the pond. The green is elevated, with two bunkers on the left side, and the right half is surrounded by a pond. There are two moguls on the green.

A famous hole with a beautiful island green. The green is long and narrow, with bunkers on the front left and right sides.

A long straight middle shot. The fairway is narrow from the tee shot, with a bunker and trees on the left and a marsh on the right. The green is slightly elevated.

A beautiful par 4 with a pond on the right side and a green guarded by five bunkers.

A dogleg to the right with a pond on the right. The pond is close to the right on both the tee shot and the second shot, making the landing area narrow. The green swings further to the right and is guarded by a pond in front and three bunkers. A ridge runs over the green.
