This is a flat course with many holes that involve water. The course is over 7,100 yards long, and water hazards and bunkers are strategically placed, so accurate shots as well as long driving distances are required. A flat and stately course surrounded by large trees. It has been famous since 1975, when the World Cup was first held in Asia, and is considered a prestigious course in Thailand. Until it opened in 1973, Thailand did not have a full-fledged golf course that met international standards. The fairway is a mix of wide and narrow, with trees lined on both sides. Water is involved in six of the 18 holes, and the waterside holes 5, 6, and 9 are particularly beautiful.
The placement of bunkers is also excellent, with many strategic holes. However, there are also a fair number of normal straight holes, and the overall impression is of an easy miniature garden course. The beautiful course design is in perfect harmony with the splendid trees, pretty flowers, and well-maintained shrubs, and it takes less than four hours to complete 18 holes, which is rare in Thailand, making play extremely comfortable. As it is close to the city center, transportation is convenient, and it is one of the best courses for relaxing golf. The Thailand Cup was also held here in 1999.
