A nearly flat course surrounded by palm trees with a view of the mountains of Khao Kheow National Park. Strategically placed ponds and bunkers make this a challenging course. The greens have moderate undulations and variations such as two-tiered greens. The holes are not laid out in parallel, but are designed independently, which is attractive. The greens are slow and the fairways are not well maintained.

Course Introduction
A double dogleg hole that curves left and then right. The tee shot requires an accurate shot, as there is a OB on the left and a pond and bunker on the right. The second shot also has a OB and bunker on the left, and a pond on the right, making the landing area narrow. The green is back-to-back.
A very short middle hole with a slight dogleg to the left. If you make a good shot with your driver, you can get the ball close to the green, but the further you go, the narrower the landing area becomes because of the pond on the right and two fairway bunkers on the left. You will be forced to make a decision on what to use on your tee shot.
A beautiful short hole over a pond. It is a slight downhill shot. There are five bunkers around the green, and a pond to the right of the green.
A long, downhill short hole with an island green.
A dogleg hole to the right. The tee shot is narrow due to bushes on both sides. There is a bush immediately to the right of the gently tiered two-tiered green.
A strong dogleg to the left. It is a short long hole, so it is possible to get on in two. The second shot is over a pond. It may be better to make it a long par 4 hole rather than a short long one. The green slopes back from the side.
A strong dogleg to the right. The tee shot is over a pond. For the second shot, a pond is on the left of the green and a bunker is on the right. The green is two-tiered with a steep difference in level.
A dogleg hole to the right. The tee shot is over a pond, so be careful of the other pond on the right, which is blind. The second shot also has a narrow landing area because the pond on the right is close by. A ridge crosses the center of the long green, and slopes down to the front and back. The green is guarded by bunkers on both sides.

Peerapong Naama is the most famous Thai designer, and his other designed courses include Banyan GC Hua Hin, Santiburi Samui CC, Bangsai CC, Nikanti GC, and Singha Park Khon Kaen GG. He said that Present Valley G&CC was no longer his own design, as it was remodeled several times after it was designed.
