ドラゴン ヒルズ ゴルフ & カントリー クラブ

Dragon Hills Golf & Country Club Bangkok suburbs (northern)

A forest course located halfway between Kanchanaburi and Hua Hin. Although it is surrounded by mountains, the course is mostly flat with little elevation change. The water hazards and bunkers are well placed, making it highly strategic and challenging. The greens are fast and have undulations. There are many relatively simple holes on the out course, but the in course is full of interesting holes. The 10th, 11th, and 12th holes are particularly impressive. You can play in the middle of nature and feel refreshed.

Course Introduction

  • Dragon Hills Golf & Country Club

A slight dogleg hole to the left with a pond on the left. The tee shot is slightly downhill and requires a 200-yard carry to reach the left fairway over the pond. The pond is on the left from the front of the green. The green extends diagonally from the front right to the back left, and the back slopes steeply.

A short hole over a pond. The long and narrow green is nearly 50 yards deep. If the pin is positioned at the far left, the hole becomes more difficult.

A dogleg hole to the left. For the second shot, you must decide whether to chip or go for a two-on. If you go for a two-on, you will have to hit over a pond and a bunker. The front half of the large green is surrounded by bunkers, the back left is guarded by a pot bunker, and the back right is also guarded by a single large bunker.

A beautiful, famous hole with the green on the right half of a small island. There is a bunker in front of the green, and a pond on the right. The green is long and narrow, with the right tier lower and the left tier sloping back.

This hole curves slightly to the right and then to the left. A dry creek crosses in front of the elevated green and exits behind the right side of the green. There are bunkers on the left and back of the green. If the pin is cut to the back left of the green, you will need to cross the guard bunker on the left of the green, and since the green is not deep, the difficulty level increases considerably.

  • Dragon Hills Golf & Country Club

A fairly straight and difficult hole. Beware of the two fairway bunkers on the right on your tee shot. The green is long and narrow, and strongly backed. There is a large bunker in front of the green, and a deep pot bunker on the right that will make it difficult to save par if caught. This hole requires accuracy on your second shot.
