Course Introduction

  • The Emerald Golf Club

  • The Emerald Golf Club

A gently downhill straight hole. The fairway is narrow with OB on the right, so accuracy is required for the tee shot. The two right bunkers come into play on the left front side of the long green, and the two-tiered green slopes down to the back, with a pond waiting beyond that, making the second shot difficult.

  • The Emerald Golf Club

A short hole over a valley with an elevated green like a small hill, so an accurate shot that hits the green directly is required.

  • The Emerald Golf Club

A long hole with a slight dogleg to the left. A pond cuts into the front left of the green, and the pond borders the left and back of the green. The bunker on the right side of the green also comes into play, making the approach shot difficult.

  • The Emerald Golf Club

A difficult hole with a slight dogleg to the right. The fairway is narrow from the tee shot, and there is pressure from the bush on the left and the woods on the right. The second shot is aimed at the elevated green, but if you miss the green even a little, the ball will either go into the three deep bunkers in front or roll down to the bottom of the slope, making the recovery shot not easy. The green is long and slopes to the right, with a concave center.

A famous short hole with a beautiful picture-postcard appearance. The green is elevated like a small hill. It is long and slopes from right to left, so if you hit a draw ball onto the green, there is a risk that it will roll down the slope guarding the left side of the green and end up in the rough 7 meters below. The opposite bank of the pond on the left side of the green offers a wonderful view.

A short hole that seems to float in the valley. The distance is not long, but there is a risk that the ball will roll down to the bottom of the valley if you miss the back of the green, so there is pressure on the tee shot. The green is long and narrow.

A middle hole with a narrow dogleg fairway to the right. A long, elevated, two-tiered green that slopes steeply to the left. The two deep bunkers in front of the green require caution.
