ラチャプラパー ダム ゴルフ コース
A golf course developed deep in the mountains of Thailand's majestic nature near Khao Sok National Park. With a dramatic layout, the greens are tough, and some holes are very challenging. It has a good mix of holes with lush broadleaf trees and rainforests on both sides, and holes with ponds entangled in the nine holes due to six large and small ponds. The four par 3s are long and quite difficult. There are also good par 5s. The four out-starting holes have a gentle layout, but the five to ninth holes are interesting. Just behind the 12th green you can see the spectacular dam that gives the course its name, and the three holes at the end are also unique. It's a fun course to play on with beautiful scenery, and you can play a comfortable round. The course is in a fairly remote location, so it's a "hidden gem" that is little known to the public. In Thailand, there are many courses owned by the navy and designed by staff (unfortunately, many of them are not that interesting), but it's amazing that the staff of the Electricity Generating Authority can create such a good course.

Course Introduction
A long, spectacular dogleg to the left. The tee shot is a gentle downhill shot, then straight, with a jungle on the left and a pond on the right. The second shot is flat, and the third shot is also a slight downhill shot. The long green slopes to the left, with a bunker in front of the green, and hazards on both sides from the back of the green.
A tough middle course with a strong dogleg to the left. The tee shot is semi-blind, and the second shot is over a pond and bushes. The green is placed diagonally from the front left to the back right, and if the pin is in the back right, it cannot be seen from the second shot because it is hidden by the trees in front. The green backs to the right.
A slight dogleg to the left, this is a very long and tough middle course. There is a hazard on the left for the tee shot. The green is elevated and backs onto the green. The green is guarded by a pond in front left, a bunker on the right, and a valley in the back. Be careful as any shot over the green will land you in the valley. There is a huge rock behind the green, which makes for a beautiful view of the green.
A relatively short middle shot that has two fairways on either side of a pond and can curve either left or right. If you choose the dogleg to the left, your second shot will be over the pond, but it is easier. If you choose the fairway on the right, the tee is a little downhill, with bushes 290 yards away, a pond on the left, and a hazard on the right. Your second shot will be over the pond and two bunkers guarding the green, which is heavily guarded by two bunkers.
